1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Ozone Protection Amendment Regulations 2003 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3Amendment of Ozone Protection Regulations 1995

Schedule 1 amends the Ozone Protection Regulations 1995.

[1]Subregulation 3 (1)

  1. (1)

    Subject to subregulation (2), for paragraph 16 (2) (a) of the Act, the following fees are prescribed:

    1. (a)

      for a controlled substances licence — $15 000;

    2. (b)

      for a used substances licence — $15 000;

    3. (c)

      for an essential uses licence — $3 000.
