IT is hereby notified, for general information, that the Legislative Assembly on Thursday 7 December 1995 agreed to the following resolution:

“That this House resolves, in pursuance to section 39 of the Ozone Protection Act 1989, that the Act is not to expire in accordance with subsection (1) of that section.”
