of Conduct) Amendment Regulations 2018

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.       Citation

2 October 2018 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 3803

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a) regulations 1 and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the regulations - on the day after that day.

3.           Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Owner-Drivers (Contracts and
Disputes) (Code of Conduct) Regulations 2010.

4.            Schedule 1 amended

(1) In Schedule 1 Division 2 clause 7(4) delete "a paper or and
insert:

(a) delete "Information Pamphlet' and insert:
