Made under the Owner-Drivers (Contracts and Disputes) Act 2007 section 2 by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

This proclamation is the Owner-Drivers (Contracts and

Disputes) Act 2007 Commencement Proclamation 2023.

2.              Commencement

The Owner-Drivers (Contracts and Disputes) Act 2007 sections 35 and 36 come into operation on 1 June 2023.
