Overseas Telecommunications Commission Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Overseas Telecommunications Act 1946.

Regulation 13a of the Overseas Telecommunications Commission Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Prescribed amount for purposes of subsection 38 (2) of the Act

“13a. The higher amount for the purposes of subsection 38 (2) of the Act is:

(a) in respect of a contract entered into for the purposes of section 45a or subsection 46 (2) of the Act—$50,000,000; and

(b) in any other case—$6,000,000.”.
