AMENDMENT OF THE OVERSEAS TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION
REGULATIONS
Regulation 8A of the Overseas Telecommunications Commission Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (a) "$23,668" and substituting "$25,403".
