Overseas Telecommunications Commission Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Overseas Telecommunications Act 1946.

Principal Regulations

1. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Overseas Telecommunications Commission Regulations.

Repeal

2. Regulations 7 and 8A of the Principal Regulations are repealed.

Repeal of Schedule

3. The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is repealed.

Schedule of Amendments

4. The Principal Regulations are amended as set out in the Schedule.

SCHEDULE

AMENDMENTS OF PRINCIPAL REGULATIONS

The following provisions of the Principal Regulations are amended by omitting “General Manager” (wherever occurring) and substituting “Managing Director”:

Regulations 5, 15, 16, 20, 21, 25, 28, 30 and 37.
