Overseas Students Charge Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Overseas Students Charge Act 1979.

Schedule

The Schedule to the Overseas Students Charge Regulations is amended —

(a) by inserting in Item 18 “(formerly known as Burnley Horticultural College)” after “Campus”;

(b) by inserting in Item 19 “(formerly known as Dookie Agricultural College)” after “Campus”;

(c) by inserting in Item 20 “(formerly known as Dookie Agricultural College)” after “Campus”;

(d) by inserting in Item 21 “(formerly known as Glenormiston Agricultural College)” after “Campus”;

(e) by inserting in Item 22 “(formerly known as Glenormiston Agricultural College)” after “Campus”;

(f) by inserting in Item 23 “(formerly known as Longerenong Agricultural College)” after “Campus”;

(g) by omitting “Field” from Item 29 and substituting “field”; and

(h) by inserting in Item 40 “in” after “Business”.
