Overseas Students Charge Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Overseas Students Charge Act 1979.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 22 December 1986.

Principal Regulations

2. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Overseas Students Charge Regulations.

Repeal of regulation 3a

3. Regulation 3a of the Principal Regulations is repealed.

Schedule

4. The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is repealed and the following Schedule substituted:
