Osteopaths Amendment Rules 2001

Made by the Osteopaths Registration Board with the approval of the

Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1. Citation
These rules may be cited as the Osteopaths Amendment Rules 2001.

2.            The rules amended

The amendments in these rules are to the Osteopaths Rules
1999* .

3.            Rule 11 amended

Rule 11(1)(d) is amended by deleting "Corporations Law" and inserting instead —

" Corporations Act ".

4.            Rule 18 amended

Rule 18 is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "which Act was" and inserting instead — " as ";
(b)	by deleting "1995" and inserting instead — " 2001 ".

5.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 Form 1 is amended by deleting "Corporations Law" and inserting instead —

" Corporations Act ".

6.            Schedule 3 amended

The heading to Schedule 3 is amended by deleting "1995" and inserting instead —
