Local Courts Act 1982

JAMES JACOB SPIGELMAN, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable James Jacob Spigelman AC, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 6 of the Local Courts Act 1982, do, by this my Order, establish a Local Court to be held at 59 North Parade, Mount Druitt, within the Parramatta Local Courts District.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to establish a Local Court to be held at 59 North Parade, Mount Druitt, within the Parramatta Local Courts District. Pursuant to clause 5 (1) of Schedule 2 to the Children’s Court Act 1987, sittings of the Children’s Court may be held at that Local Court.

This Order is made under section 6 of the Local Courts Act 1982.
