I, John Hatzistergos, MLC, Attorney General, in pursuance of section 17 (1) of the Civil Liability Act 2002, by this order, declare the amount that is to apply for the purposes of section 16 (2) of the Civil Liability Act 2002 to be $500,750 from 1 October 2010.
