MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989, do, by this my Order, postpone from 1 September 2002 to 1 September 2003 the date on which the following statutory rules are repealed by section 10 of that Act:
