Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1991 No. 77 ————— Fauna Conservation Act 1974 ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Executive Building, Brisbane, the twelfth day of September, 1991 Present: The Deputy Governor for and on behalf of His Excellency the Governor in Council The Deputy Governor for and on behalf of His Excellency the Governor, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council and in pursuance of the Fauna Conservation Act 1974 — (a) revokes the orders in council headed “Permanently Protected Fauna” made under the Act and published in the Gazette on 1 July 1989, and 21 July 1990; and (b) revokes the orders in council headed “Animals to be Fauna” made under the Act and published in the Gazette on 1 July 1989, 27 January 1990, and 21 July 1990; and (c) declares the animals specified in Table 1 to be fauna, except for the eggs and larvae of all frogs specified in Table 1 other than gastric brooding frogs; and (d) declares the fauna specified in Table 2 to be permanently protected fauna; for the purposes of the Act.
