Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1991 No. 6 ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Executive Building, Brisbane, the fourth day of July, 1991 Present: His Excellency the Administrator of the Government in Council HIS Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Fire ServiceAct 1990 , hereby amends the order in council made on 30 May 1991 and published in the Government Gazette on 1 June 1991 at pages 530-534 as set out below— Schedule 2— (1) omit ‘CARDWELL insert ‘CARDWELL C’, D’. (2) omit ‘IMBIL insert ‘IMBIL B’, D’. (3) omit ‘TULLY insert ‘TULLY B’, C’. And the Honourable the Minister for Police and Emergency Services is to give the necessary directions herein accordingly.
