Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1991 No. 83 Fire Service Act 1990 ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Executive Building, Brisbane, the nineteenth day of September, 1991 Present: His Excellency the Governor in Council His Excellency the Governor, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council and under the Fire Service Act 1990 , amends the order in council made on 30 May 1991 and published in the Gazette on 1 June 1991 at pages 530-534 as set out below— (1) Schedule 2— omit ‘AYR C’, insert ‘AYR B’. (2) Schedule 2— omit ‘HOME HILL D’, insert ‘HOME HILL C’. (3) Schedule 2— omit ‘MORANBAH C’, insert ‘MORANBAH D’.
