Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1991 No. 93 ————— Second-hand Dealers and Collectors Act 1984 ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Executive Building, Brisbane, the twenty-sixth day of September, 1991 Present: His Excellency the Governor in Council His Excellency the Governor, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council and under the Second-hand Dealers and Collectors Act1984 , declares that used tyres (other than used tyres excluded, under the Act, from being second-hand goods within the meaning of the Act) are not second-hand goods for the purposes of the Act.
