Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1991 No. 58 ————— Fishing Industry Organization and Marketing Act 1982 ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Executive Building, Brisbane, the twenty-ninth day of August, 1991 Present: His Excellency the Governor in Council His Excellency the Governor, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council and under the FishingIndustryOrganizationandMarketingAct1982 (in this order in council referred to as “the Act” ), declares as follows. Amended order in council 1. The order in council made under the Act on 26 October 1989, headed “CLOSED WATERS IN RELATION TO APPARATUS, PERIOD OF TIME, CERTAIN SPECIES OF FISH AND MARINE PRODUCTS’’ and published in the Gazette on 28 October 1989 at pages 1570 to 1573, as subsequently amended, is amended as set out in this order in council. Amendment of Schedule 2. (1) Schedule (Serial No. 3, Column Four)— omit ‘Eastern Standard Time’ (wherever occurring). (2) Schedule (Serial No. 4, Column Four)— omit ‘Eastern Standard Time’ (wherever occurring).
2 Order under Fishing Industry Organization and Marketing Act 1982 (3) At the end of the Schedule— insert— ‘7 All waters contained Otter trawl or Between 8.00 All species within the following beam trawl, of a.m. and 6.00 of fish and boundary— any dimension. p.m. each day m a r i n e Start at the intersection of 19°44´ south latitude and 147°50´ east longtitude, for the period products. from 31 August 1991 to 31 October 1 99 1 then in a direct line to the light on Holbourne inclusive. Island, then in a south easterly direction to the westernmost point on Hayman Island, then in a south westerly direction to Pioneer Point, then in a north westerly direction to the western side of Gumbrell Island, then in a north westerly direction to the northernmost point of Gloucester Head, then in a westerly direction to the northernmost point of Middle Island, then in a westerly direction to Cape Edgecumbe,
