Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1991 No. 54 ————— Fauna Conservation Act 1974 ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Executive Building, Brisbane, the fifteenth day of August, 1991 Present: His Excellency the Governor in Council His Excellency the Governor, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council and in pursuance of the Fauna Conservation Act 1974 , amends the Order in Council made under section 29 of the Acton 29 November 1990 as follows— Paragraph (b) commencing “Wallaroo”— 1. Omit ‘31 December, 1991’, insert ‘at midday on 29 August 1991’. Paragraph (d) commencing “Red Kangaroos”— 2. Omit ‘31 December, 1991’, insert ‘at midday on 29 August 1991’.
