Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1991 No. 81 ————— Banana Industry Protection Act 1989 ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Executive Building, Brisbane, the nineteenth day of September, 1991 Present: His Excellency the Governor in Council His Excellency the Governor, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council and under the BananaIndustryProtectionAct1989 , varies, on and from 1 October 1991, the order in council made on 20 April 1989 and published in the Gazette on 22 April 1989 at page 2391 by omitting from clause 1 the words ‘two and a half cents (2.5c)’ and inserting the words ‘3 cents’.
