Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1991 No. 82 ————— Primary Producers’ Organisation and Marketing Act 1926 THE NAVY BEAN MARKETING BOARD ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Executive Building, Brisbane, the nineteenth day of September, 1991 Present: His Excellency the Governor in Council HIS Excellency the Governor, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council and in pursuance of the PrimaryProducers’Organisation and Marketing Act 1926 , hereby directs and declares that— (a) The Navy Bean Marketing Board, as constituted by Order in Council dated 7 November 1946 and published in the Gazette on 9 November 1946, as amended from time to time (the “Order in Council”), shall continue to function for an extended term from 7 November 1991 to 31 March 1994 inclusive (“the extended term”); and (b) for the extended term, navy beans as defined in the Order in Council shall continue to be a commodity for the purposes of the Act.
