Present: His Excellency the Governor in Council His Excellency the Governor, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council, under the Land Act 1962— (a) declares that this order in council commences on 1 September 1991; and (b) revokes the order in council dated 7 June 1990 and published in the Gazette on 9 June 1990 at page 742; and (c) declares that the fees set out in the Schedule apply in respect of the several matters and proceedings in the Land Court and the Land Appeal Court. and the Honourable the Minister for Land Management is to give the necessary directions accordingly.
