Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1991 No. 7 ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Executive Building, Brisbane, the fourth day of July, 1991 Present: His Excellency the Administrator of the Government in Council HIS Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council and in pursuance of the Harbours Act 1955 , hereby alters the limits of Bowen Harbour from those set out in the Second Schedule to the Act to those set out in the Schedule to this order in council. And the Honourable the Minister for Transport and Minister Assisting the Premier on Economic and Trade Development is to give the necessary directions herein accordingly. E. J. BIGBY, Clerk of the Council Schedule The area comprised within a line commencing at the southern extremity of Dalrymple Point and extending to the port entrance beacon to Bowen Boat Harbour; then by a line to the intersection of the northern edge of the wharf at Bowen and high water mark; then by the high water mark to the point of commencement and including all navigable rivers and creeks communicating with that area and the banks and foreshores of the rivers and creeks.
