under the

Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 66 of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002, do, by this my Order, amend Part 2 (Chief executive positions (heads of public authorities)) of Schedule 2 to that Act by inserting in alphabetical order of authorities the following positions:

Chief Executive Officer of Sydney Ferries
Chief Executive Officer of RailCorp

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
