Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 66 of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 2 to that Act by inserting at the end of Part 3 (Statutory senior executive positions) the following position:

Chief Investigator of the Office of Transport Safety Investigations
