1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Orange Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 8).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	9 Telopea Way, Orange, being Lot 700, DP 1171441,
(b)	47–49 Hill Street, Orange, being Lots 1–3, DP 1127220, Lots 17 and 18, DP 758817, and Lot 19, DP 1158710,
(c)	386 Molong Road, North Orange, being Lot 81, DP 1202584 and Lot 6, DP 1065578.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Orange Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
