1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Orange Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 30).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land—

(a)	Lot 51, DP 1256004, 148 Shiralee Road, corner of Rifle Range Road, Canobolas,
(b)	Lot 101, DP 1092868, 28 Kinghorn Lane, Huntley.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Orange Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of Orange Local Environmental Plan 2011

(1) Schedule 5 Environmental heritage

Omit the matter relating to item I285 wherever occurring in Part 1.
