1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Orange Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Orange:

(a)	Lot 1, DP 153167, 154 Lone Pine Avenue,
(b)	Lot 24, DP 1035913, 230 Phillip Street.

4      Amendment of Orange Local Environmental Plan 2011

Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Insert the following in appropriate order in Part 1, in Columns 1 and 2, respectively:

230 Phillip Street, Orange	Lot 24, DP 1035913
