1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Orange Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 23).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land to which Orange Local Environmental Plan 2011 applies in the following zones:

(a)	Zone B1 Neighbourhood Centre,
(b)	Zone B2 Local Centre,
(c)	Zone B3 Commercial Core,
(d)	Zone B4 Mixed Use.

4      Amendment of Orange Local Environmental Plan 2011

(1) Land Use Table

Insert “Artisan food and drink industries;” in alphabetical order in item 3 of the matter relating to Zone B1 Neighbourhood Centre.
