Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Orange Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 20).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Orange:

(a)	Lot 2 DP 530183, 5190 Mitchell Highway,
(b)	Lot 3, DP 530183, Mitchell Highway,
(c)	Lot 10, DP 732585, 4 Perc Griffith Way and 40 Mitchell Highway,
(d)	Lot 1, DP 502526, 32 Perc Griffith Way and 70 Mitchell Highway.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Orange Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
