This Plan is Orange Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 17).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land in Orange—

(a)	Lot 17, DP 846647, 1 Ploughmans Lane,
(b)	Lot 16, DP 846647, 3 Ploughmans Lane,
(c)	part of Lot 15, DP 785177, 5 Ploughmans Lane,
(d)	Lot 14, DP 785177, 7 Ploughmans Lane,
(e)	Lot 11, DP 700977, 207 Canobolas Road,
(f)	part of Lot 2, DP 615542, 259 Canobolas Road.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Orange Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
