1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Orange Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 13).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land in Orange—

(a)	Lot 15, DP 6694, being 463 Leeds Parade,
(b)	Lots 2 and 3, DP 255983, Lots 14 and 25, DP 6694 and Lot 1, DP 1251250 being 440 Clergate Road.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Orange Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
