1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Orange Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment 25).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 100, DP 739023, 1 Leewood Drive, Orange.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Orange Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert after clause 4—

5      Use of certain land at 1 Leewood Drive, Orange

(1)	This clause applies to land at 1 Leewood Drive, Orange, being Lot 100, DP 739023, identified as “Item 4” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.
(2)	Development for the purposes of business premises, community facilities, highway service centres, office premises, plant nurseries, rural supplies and take away food and drink premises is permitted with development consent.
