2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to part Lot 70, DP 851029, 9 Telopea Way, Orange as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Orange Local Environmental Plan 2000 (Amendment No 8)” deposited in the office of Orange City Council.
