Optometrists Regulations

I, JAMES JOSEPH CARLTON, the Minister of State for Health, hereby make

the following Regulations under the Optometrists Ordinance 1956.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Optometrists Regulations.

Interpretation

2. In these Regulations, "the Ordinance" means the Optometrists Ordi­

nance 1956.

Prescribed fees

3. The prescribed fee for the purpose of a provision of the Ordinance specified in Column 1 of the following table is the amount specified in Column 2 of that table opposite the reference to that provision.
