Optometrists Registration Board Amendment

Rules 2004

Made by The Optometrists Registration Board with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These rules may be cited as the Optometrists Registration Board
Amendment Rules 2004.

2.             The rules amended

The amendments in these rules are to the Optometrists
Registration Board Rules 1941*.

3.             Second Appendix amended

The Second Appendix is amended, under the heading “Fees
(other than examination fees)”, in the item “For registration of
an optometrist” by deleting “20.00” and inserting instead —

“ 100.00 ”.
