Section 5 commences on 1 January 1996. ˙ By-law amended 3. This by-law amends the Optometrists By-law 1984 . ˙ Amendment of s 10 (Application for registration) 4. Section 10, after ‘form’— insert — ‘and be accompanied by the prescribed application fee’. ˙ Amendment of sch (Fees) 5. Schedule, item 5, ‘127.00’— omit, insert — ‘130.00’. ENDNOTES 1.
