An Ordinance to amend the Optometrists Ordinance 1956

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Optometrists (Amendment)

Ordinance (No. 2) 1982.1

Mode of registration

2. Section 15 of the Optometrists Ordinance 19562 is amended by inserting

in sub-section (1) "to the Capital Territory Health Commission" after

"person" (second occurring).

3. Section 28 of the Optometrists Ordinance 1956 is repealed.
