OPTOMETRISTS ACT 1930—REGULATION
(Relating to fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Optometrists Act 1930, has been pleased to approve the Regulation made by the Board of Optometrical Registration and set forth hereunder.

The Optometrists Regulations 1965 are amended by omitting from Regulation 22 the matter “$16” and by inserting instead the matter “$20”.
EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Optometrists Regulations 1965 to increase the application fee for changing the name of an optometrist in the register of optometrists and for the issue of a duplicate certificate of registration.
