1992—No. 634
EXPLANATORY NOTE
The Optometrists Act empowers the Board of Optometrical Registration to prescribe courses of instruction in the use of drugs in refraction and examination of the eyes, the successful completion of which will qualify a registered optometrist for the issue of a certificate authorising the use of drugs in the practice of
optometry. The object of this Regulation is to prescribe, for that purpose, courses of
instruction in the use of drugs which lead to the grant of such authorisation in other
jurisdictions.
