OPTICAL DISPENSERS ACT 1963—REGULATION
(Relating to fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, on the recommendation of the Optical Dispensers Licensing Board constituted under the Optical Dispensers Act 1963, and in pursuance of that Act, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement
1. This Regulation commences on 28 February 1992.
Amendments
2. The Optical Dispensers Regulations are amended:
| (a) | by omitting from Regulations 7 and 12 the matter “$60” wherever occurring and by inserting instead the matter “$90”; |
| (b) | by omitting from Regulation 8 the matter “$16” and by inserting instead the matter “$20”; |
| (c) | by omitting from Regulation 10 the matter “$55” and by inserting instead the matter “$70”; |
| (d) | by omitting from Regulation 17 the words “two dollars” and by inserting instead the matter “$10”. |

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Optical Dispensers Regulations so
as to increase certain fees relating to:
(a)
the issuing of original and duplicate licences to, and the annual roll fee payable by, optical dispensers; and
(b)
the restoration of an optical dispenser’s name to the Register of Optical Dispensers for New South Wales; and
(c) the inspection of that Register.
