OPTICAL DISPENSERS ACT 1963—REGULATION

(Relating to fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, on the recommendation of the Optical Dispensers Licensing Board constituted under the Optical Dispensers Act 1963, and in pursuance of that Act, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 28 February 1991.

Amendments

2. The Optical Dispensers Regulations are amended:

(a)	by omitting from Regulations 7 and 12 the matter "$56" wherever occurring and by inserting instead the matter "$60";
(b)	by omitting from Regulation 10 the matter ''$29'' and by inserting instead the matter "$55".

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Optical Dispensers Regulations to

increase certain fees relating to the licensing of optical dispensers.
