1. This Act may be cited as " The Onkaparinga Waterworks Act, 1891." title.

suburban or adjacent thercto, the-waterworks, and all other works which from time to time may be found to be necessary in connection therewith, known as the " Onkaparinglgn water Scheme Happy Valley Reservoir; " within the limits of deviation shown on the plan of such waterworks deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General, and marked Onkaparinga Water Scheme Happy Valley Reservoir," and signed by the Engineer-in-Chief,

3. This Act shall be incorporated with and shall form part of I ~ o o r p ~ ~ t i o n.

"The Waterworks Act, 1882," and of any Acta therewith incorpo-

rated,
