[1] An application has been made for approval of (the Agreement). The application is made pursuant to s.222 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act). The Agreement is a single enterprise agreement.

[2] The application has been made by Oneforce Australia Group Pty Ltd.

[3] I am satisfied that the requirements of s.223 that are relevant to the application have been met.

[4] The termination of the Agreement is approved with effect from 10 May 2012.

[5] An Order will issue accordingly.
