Olympic Arrangements Act 2000 New South Wales

No 1—Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and pursuant to section 2 (1) of the Olympic Arrangements Act 2000, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 9 June 2000 as the day on which that Act, except for the following provisions, commences:

(a)	Part 1,
(b)	Part 2,
(c)	Part 3,
(d)	Part 11,
(e)	Schedule 1,
(f)	Schedule 2.
