Olympic Arrangements Act 2000 New South Wales

No 1—Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Olympic Arrangements Act 2000, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 2 June 2000 as the day on which Schedule 2 to that Act commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this proclamation is to commence the provisions of the Olympic Arrangements Act 2000 that amend the Homebush Bay Operations Regulation 1999.
