_I3 the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative

Assemhly of New South lYales in Parliament assembled, and hy the authority of the same, as follows ;—

Short title. 1 . This Act may bo cited as the “ Old-age Pensions and

Invalidity and Accidents Pensions (Piopeal) Act, 1911.”

Eepeai. 2 . TllC Old-age Pensions xVet, 1900, and the Invalidity and

Accidents Pensions Act, 1907, are hereby repealed.
