Citation 


  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Oilseeds Levy Regulations.*1*

OILSEEDS LEVY REGULATIONS - REG 2 
Interpretation 


  2. In these Regulations "the Act" means the Oilseeds Levy Act 1977.

OILSEEDS LEVY REGULATIONS - REG 3 
Growers' organization 


  3. For the purposes of the definition of "growers' organization" in
subsection 4 (1) of the Act, the organization known as the Grains Council of
Australia is prescribed.

OILSEEDS LEVY REGULATIONS - REG 4 
Rate of levy 


  4. For the purposes of section 6 of the Act, the rate of levy in respect of
leviable oilseeds is $1.55 per tonne.
