Oilseeds Levy Collection and
Research Regulations2 (Amendment)
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia,
acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the
following Regulations under the Oilseeds Levy Collection and Research Act
1977.

Commencement
1. These Regulations shall come into
operation on 1 July 1986.
Principal Regulations
2.In
these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Oilseeds Levy
Collection and Research Regulations.
Returns to be furnished by persons
to whom leviable oilseeds are delivered
3. Regulation 4 of the Principal
Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (4).
Returns to be furnished by growers
4. Regulation 5 of the Principal
Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (3).
Returns to specify the month to
which they relate
5. Regulation 6 of the Principal
Regulations is amended by omitting "or a statement that is required to be
furnished under sub-regulation 4(4) or 5 (3)" and "or
statement".
Lodging of returns
6. Regulation 8 of the Principal
Regulations is amended by omitting "or statement".
