An Act to amend the Oilseeds Levy Act 1977

[Assented to 27 September 1994]

The Parliament of Australia enacts:

10 substituting "for domestic purposes but not for commercial purposes".

Short title etc.

1.(1) This Act may be cited as the Oilseeds Levy Amendment Act 1994.

(2) In this Act, "Principal Act" means the Oilseeds Levy Act 1977x.

5 Commencement

2. This Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

Exemption from levy

3. Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from

paragraph (2)(b) "for domestic purposes or on the producer's farm" and
